Inku is a Japanese calligraphy class in which the consumer learns the traditional art of Shodo. The name Inku means to write in Japanese, but also derives from the idea that writing is an art form within itself. Shodo is a form of calligraphy that focuses on the art of line, shape, space, and art- and is used as a meditative practice. For this project I've branded a take home kit for the user to practice at home outside of class. This kit contains calligraphy paper, ink, and brushes.
